Day 01Arrival & check In

For your Egypt tour Cairo, Nile Cruise and Hurghada you fly today to Cairo . Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2Cairo Sightseeing - Fly to Luxor - Nile Cruise Check In

You will visit Cairo today with your tour guide:

Giza Pyramid Complex:
The complex includes three main pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, six little pyramids, the great sphinx and the Valley Temple. The complex dates back to the 4th dynasty 2400 years B.C.

The Great Pyramid:
The Great Pyramids belongs to “King Khufu” It is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids of Giza plateau and the only one to remain intact from the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. The height of the great pyramid is 147m, the number of stones used in construction is 2,300,000 and it took twenty years to be built.

The Great Sphinx:
It was built by “King Chephren“, it is the largest statue in the world, standing 73 m. long, 19 m. wide, and 20 m height. It is the oldest known monumental sculpture.

The Valley Temple:
A Granite mortuary temple used by Ancient Egyptians for the mummification process and this is the only remaining one at Giza plateau.

The Egyptian Museum:
The museum displays a collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920 when his tomb was excavated.

After your program in Cairo you fly to Luxor , then transfer to your Nile cruise boat.

Day 3West Bank, Luxor - Sail to Edfu

Today you visit the highlights of Luxor west bank:

Valley of the Kings:
The final resting place of Egypt’s rulers from the 18th to the 20th dynasty, it is home to tombs including the great pharaoh Ramses II and boy pharaoh Tutankhamen. The tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. Most of the decoration inside the tombs still well preserved.

Hatshepsut Temple:
It is one of the most beautiful & best preserved of all of the temples of Ancient Egypt. The temple was built on three levels with two wide ramps in a central position joining the levels together.

Colossi of Memnon:
Two massive stone statues of king Amenhotep III are the only remains of a complete mortuary temple. The statues are made from blocks of quartzite sandstone which exist in Cairo then moved 700 KM to Luxor.

After lunch, the boat will depart sail to Edfu via the sluice town of Esna.
(Afternoon is not a program; just enjoy the boat trip from Luxor to Edfu)

Day 4Edfu & Kom Ombo Temple - Sail to Aswan

After breakfast on the boat you will visit:

The Edfu Temple
He was built by the Ptolemy’s for the falcon god Horus Behdeti from 237 to 57 BC. Built. Until 1860 AD, the temple was hidden under the sand and Nile mud, only then it was exposed by the Frenchman Mariette. Every year, the wedding of Horus of Edfu with the Hathor of Dendara, as well as the feast of the victory of Horus over Seth, were celebrated here.

After visiting the Edfu Temple, the boat will depart to Kom Ombo and in the afternoon visit:

The Kom Ombo Temple
It is the only double temple in Egypt dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. The ruins of the temple were for a long time spilled over half by sand. They were first uncovered and restored in 1893. The temple was built during the Greek period from 304 to 31 BC. And hundreds of mummified crocodiles were found around the temple.

Philae Temple:
The temple dedicated to goddess Isis of Love and beauty. The temple complex was dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, protecting this and other complexes before the 1970 completion of the Aswan High Dam.

The High Dam
the construction of the high dam was initiated by President Nasser and lasted from 1960 to 1971, creating one of the largest reservoirs in the world, 500 km long and 32 km wide, at the widest point. The dam is more than 3800 meters long and 111 meters high, at the sole 980 meters and at the crown about 40 meters wide.

Day 6Abu Simble Temple

Abu Simble Temples:
The two Temples of Abu Simble are the great sun temple of Ramses II and the Temple of Queen Nefertari, which was built by Ramses II to his favorite wife Queen Nefertari among other 200 wives and concubines, built during the reign of King Ramses II 1200 B.C.
With their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt.
The Temples are rock-cut structures, and both temples were discovered in 1813 it was almost completely covered with sand, Then both temples were moved in 1960 by the help of Egyptian government and UNESCO to avoid the rising water of the Nile.
Ramses II built the temple mostly to honor himself as inside there is a mural depicting his famous victory at Kadesh battle where his army defeated his enemies.
The carvings and artwork that decorate both temples are incredible. Hand carved pillars, wall paintings, carvings, statues, and much more, this is a must visit the place.

Day 7Sail from Aswan to Luxor

Enjoy the return trip by boat from Aswan to Luxor and recover on board.

Karnak Temple:
No site in Egypt is more impressive than Karnak Temple. Was built more than two thousand years ago, It is the largest temple complex ever built by man and represents the combined achievement of many generations of ancient builders and Pharaohs. The Temple of Karnak is actually three main temples, smaller enclosed temples, and several outer temples situated on 247 acres of land.
Luxor Temple:
The Temple of Luxor was the center of the most important festival, the festival of Opet. Built largely by Amenhotep III and Ramses II, the temple’s purpose was as a setting for the rituals of the festival. The festival was to reconcile the human aspect of the ruler with the divine office.
